The State is more than capable of dealing with its own internal business affairs. The State is willing to manage its own business affairs.
The institutions that make up the government of the State however do not have the authority nor the habit of independently investigating a corporation until someone has given them cause to do so. Lai Dai, KK, NoH, CBD, Perkone, Ishukone, etc do not ask the CBT or CEP to investigate each other unless they have come into conflict, unless one's actions are interfering with another's. The State's system does not meddle in the affairs of its member corporations unless given due cause to do so.
What the nations consider their homes? I can not speak for the Gallente, the Minmatar, or the Amarr or even all Caldari, but I can speak for myself. Our ancestral home is administered and inhabited by your cousins and kin. A Caldari's home? The Citadel, the Forge, and Lonetrek, all the worlds, moons, and stations that are there in and even some beyond. You think the CEOs of the State megacorporations consider their Stations and employees in space to be expendable, some of them are from these very populations. They are not a buffers to the colonies on worlds established to utilize the resources found on them. Quiet the opposite, the planetary colonies support the spacer where they exist.
The Astropoliten Front and Concord are showing themselves to be a tool of the Federal imperialism or worse.
The State will not accept Concord in the stead of the Federation Senate. Please give us a reason to close ranks and join in common cause.

Originally by: Istvaan Shogaatsu This is great. No, really. Sentient drones are eating capsuleers alive, and you're all prattling on about CONCORD paperwork. Keep it up.
CONCORD saw fit to keep its report on the egger eating drones secret. In general the reason we are all 'prattling' over the paperwork is because it confirms the existence of the threat and shows that CONCORD has chosen to act independent of the nations. It shows a willingness on the part of CONCORD agents to act outside of its charter.
It might be another thing entirely if CONCORD had started to organize a multinational force to deal with the rogue drone problem created by some of the nations' research programs.
Besides who cares if there is egger eating drones out in the Drone Regions, Concord should focus on its area of responsibility and deal with egger eating capsuleers in all the nations.
